(Sustainable Livelihood and Sustainable Live through Management of Natural Resources under Watershed Development Programme)
Watershed Development has been confined to development, restoration, and management of NRs of an area that are tied in and driven only through hydrology scientifically but in development paradigm layered with other relevance: administrative; local governance and services, social; the humans and habitats, physical connectivity; roads, electricity, telephony, banks etc. and markets; routine shops, inputs access and output sales / disposals etc. those functioning in respective delineated geographies. During implementation of Watershed Development Projects, the organization have accentuated on inclusion of all the relevant themes homogenizing all the factors irrespective of their geographies. TADASHA experienced in implementing Watershed Development Projects putting emphasis on the principles of amalgamation of ecology, economy, equity, ethics, empowerment and transparency through communitarian approach under the policies, principles and guidelines.
The training programme to the members of WSGs of IWMP projects in five blocks, the awareness on DV, Dowry Torture, different family, maintenance, bigamy Maladjustments were interactively discussed besides resolving on preventive and local / community interventions into the matter.

International Women’s Day was celebrated on 8th of March at the o/o TADASHA in with active participation of the staffs of FCC, Sub-committee of members of FCC converged with DLSA’s judiciary representatives, namely Mr. Balakrushna Mahapatra( Addl.Dist. Judge( Vigilance),Keonjhar/ Smt.Sarojini Mohapatra ( Family Court Judge, Keonjhar) / Smt.Luna Mohanty ( Secretary,DLSA,Kjr) / Mr.Satya Narayan Kar ( Sr.Civil Judge, Keonjhar). The very day was celebrated by sharing the views of representatives of women SHGs.
